Desert Oasis
The Oasis is in the heart of the desert. It is large and vast and unlike the surrounding land it is thriving with life. Large lush trees, colorful flowers and charming animals. Gyo pears are one of the world's best delights, and their trees only grow in the Oasis. It is in this oasis that the Toxicus tribe make their home. They have made their homes high in the trees. Some are hallowed into the trees and some are made from their wood. Large bridges connect the huts but that is hardly the most breathtaking part of their home. Their market is the true sight. Stalls with colorful banners and vendors that sell spears and bows, tonics and potions, all within the trees tops.
The Toxicus utilize the special plants that grow in the oasis to make powerful potions capable of things such as healing the wounded and potions that improve sight. It is these potions that have helped the Toxicus thrive. They make their money from selling what they make to the other desert tribes and the other countries. The Toxicus favor the bow in combat. The natural terrain of the Oasis makes hand to hand combat a challenge.
Many of the tribes wish to make the oasis their home but due to the important role The Toxicus play to the kingdom few have tried to take it.
