Half Elves

When humans and elves came into contact with one another the half elf race was destined to be born. They look just like an elf just with more rounded features. They are not vessels of raw magic like pure blood elves but are still more magically inclined than humans. Half elves still retain immortality but instead of being born in their final image as a pure blood would they are born as infants and grow up. In human years a half elf will stop aging at age 20. Half elves and reproduce with other half elves and pure blood elves but they can not reproduce with humans. Half elves are often looked down upon by the pure bloods but despite this the number of half elves still out number the purebloods.
