Queen Crystal Ursain (a.k.a. The White Bear)
Crystal may have been heir to the throne but in her childhood their was no throne to inherit. He father had lost The Vale to the Nathair and so she grew up an heir to nothing. It wasn't until her childhood friend Filavandrel returned home to their settlement was there hope. In Filavandrel's absence Crystal's father had died. She and Filavandrel lead the humans in the charge to take back their home. Once they had succeeded she was formally crowned queen of The Vale. She married a man named Galund who was of a noble bloodline.
Queen Crystal healed her broken kingdom and brought her people back together when it seemed impossible. She ruled from 2030 to 2044
