Valinor
The First Born (a.k.a. The Red Doom)
Valinor is the oldest living creature in Ire, and the first to be born. He came into being shortly before his brothers Kthos, and Dorthal. He isn't the biggest of his kin, but he is the strongest. His fire lit the first flames of man, and dwarf, and his fury has cleared canyons, and melted mountains. With every flap of his crimson wings the ground shakes, and trees are uprooted.
The First Born has only every had one rider, and it was one that he chose. From the early Begining Age to the early Golden Age Valinor and his human Eridor led the Dragon Riders. During the Creed War Valinor was kept on the ground while the younger dragons flew to war. For Eridor, and the Emperor knew if Valinor was let loose the war would be lost for both sides.
In 2063 The Crystal Castle was sieged. In one breath Valinor cleared the valley and turned the men to ash, but Eridor had been lost to him. So like his brother he went into hiding. The last time the Great Dragon was seen was in 2083. When he arrived on The Darkest Day to turn the tide.
