Corbis is an older gnome, roughly 322 years old, he has seen and traveled enough in his days. The only reason he choose to continue traveling was because Iveli offered the unique opportunity to be a traveling nomad without hurting his weary joints.
Regardless of his age and physical state, he continues to be an apt tinkerer and creator.
Around a year before Iveli set off, he discovered a small child Sala left behind of the nomadic pack. After searching for the childs mother proved fruitless, he cared for her as if she was his own.
