Distance across: 1 day
Initially, this area appears as an emtpy plane. This area features no significant greenery not lifeforms except for a viny and slightly slippery ground. Upon walking across this area, the ground vines swish and move aside quickly to reveal a pit filled with slick loos hanging vines. All the way down at the center of the pit a beak like mouth is present attempting to eat anything that falls down towards it. Springing from around the mouth are four tentacles that will attempt to bring food to its mouth. The pit is a total of 30 feet deep. The tentacles will attempt to pull victims 10 feet closer each time On its turns, it uses each tentacle once either to reel or to attempt to grapple another creature Grasping Tendrils: The creature can have up to four tendrils at a time. Each tendril can be attacked (AC 20; 10 hit points; immunity to poison and psychic damage). Destroying a tendril deals no damage to the creature, which can extrude a replacement tendril on its next turn. A tendril can also be broken if a creature takes an action and succeeds on a DC 15 Strength check against it. Reel: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 50 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is grappled (escape DC 15). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained and has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws, and the roper can't use the same tendril on another target. Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d10 + 6) piercing damage.
