Entente

Entente - shortened version of Triple Entente - is a longstanding military alliance, first established around 1907 to counter German growth in power and influence (and the ambitions it awoke). Its members were known since early on as Entente Powers, but they are also known as Allies.   It underwent serious changes after the world started. Now it composes of a majority of the world, at least as long as you count associated members (that aren't 'full' members) as well. It is also in a permanent state of internal crisis, with countries joining and leaving as they see fit since the beginning of the Great War.

Structure

The whole point of Entente is that it is by no mean a 'true' organization. It is a set of mutual alliances between United Kingdom, French Republic and Russian Empire/Russian Republic that overtime was expanded to accomodate their co-beligerents and associated allies.   It wasn't until 1918 that the Entente actually received a centralized high command... and even that was mostly for the Western Front, with the situation on the rest of them being... problematic.   True Entente today is United Kingdom and French Republic, plus the countries that decided to help them in fighting the Central Powers. Countries in bold are no longer part of Entente. Countries underlined lost, but it's governments on exile are still considered part of the alliance.   MEMBERS OF ENTENTE
MAIN POWERS
United Kingdom - One of the world most powerful countries - mostly due to its colonial possesions. Now its grip on them is weakening, and the country leadership is increasingly scared of that. There are talks of post-war federalization of the british crown and creation of the almost worldwide Federation to counter negative trends - but it is not known if the Empire in its current state is still capable of such an undertaking.   French Republic - One of the main combatants of the Great War. With the most devastating battles fought on its territory. With French northern lands being increasingly impossible to inhabit, its post war future looks bleak, especially as its grip on its colonies begins to weaken.   What's more, the political truce between its parties collapsed, the Socialist Radical Party achieved an almost dictatorial level of power in the name of preserving the Republic - while being contested by groups from left, right and center. The situation looks bleek, to say the least.   Russian Republic - Left Entente following the Treaty of Anchorage, mostly due to increasingly close ties to Central Powers and the complete lack of interests in the war against both GGR and Central Powers.   Empire of Japan - Signed the peace treaty with Central Powers during the Weimar Congress and officially stopped being part of Entente. Then drifted towards cooperating with Sternberg in a hope of surviving after the China Wall Incident involved it in a war that cannot be won...   United States of America
- Left the Entente during the Weimar Congress as it officially stopped waging war against Central Powers. It still cooperates closely with the Entente.   Kingdom of Italy - Left the Entente following the disastrous defeat that led to the Veimar Congress... and then collapsed into a civil war. Italian Federation that emerged victorious was no longer a member of Entente, and is now a member state of the Holy League.   SECONDARY POWERS
Kingdom of Serbia - It's participation in the Great War was shortlived, as placed between Bulgaria and Austria-Hungary the kingdom was defeated and occupied by the end of 1915.   Kingdom of Montenegro - It's participation in the Great War was shortlived, as placed between Bulgaria and Austria-Hungary the kingdom was defeated and occupied in the January of 1916.   Kingdom of Belgium - Joined the war after the German Empire violated its neutrality as a part of the Schlieffen Plan. Now lost entirely, with its european land occupied by Greater German Republic. It's colonies remain a part of Entente, however.   Kingdom of Holland - Annexed by Ludendorff folowing his coup. It's government on exile joined the Entente officially, but it's participation in the war effort is negligible.   Kingdom of Denmark - Annexed by Ludendorff folowing his coup. It's government on exile joined the Entente officially, but it's participation in the war effort is negligible.   Arabian Insurgents - Especially emirates of Asir, Nejd and Hasa, and the kingdom of Hejaz. De facto left Entente after Lawrence of Arabia rebelled and the all out war on the Arabian Peninsula began.   Republic of Portugal - Joined the war early on. Remains a participant and a member of Entente.   Kingdom of Romania - Joined the war following the success of First Kierensky Offensive. With the Russians ultimately stopped, it was practically annihilated in 1916, with only parts of the Kingdom holding until 1918. First usage of thaumaturgies and the May Revolution spelled its doom, and the kingdom finally fell and was occupied by the Central Powers.   Kingdom of Greece - Joined the war in 1916, remains part of Entente to this day. Holds an entire secondary front on its own, fighting against Kingdom of Bulgaria.   Republic of China - Joined Treaty of Anchorage following lack of Entente reaction to China Wall Incident.   Kingdom of Siam - Joined the war in 1917 and remains part of it to this day (even if its a participant partially to have Entente backers against the Japanese).   Republic of the United States of Brazil - Joined the war in 1917 and remains part of it to this day. Its participation includes both navy, recruits and industrial capabilities.

Assets

The only organization that truly answers before the Entente as a whole rather than member states of it, is Joint Bureau of Supernatural Warfare, an organization coordinating the Entente war effort when it came to newly discovered thaumaturgy. All member states contributed their best men, as engineers, soldiers, scientists and (later on) thaumaturgists and techmaturgists.   The rest is as divided as Entente itself.
