Holy League
A sort of curio. An alliance that seems taken straight from XVI century. A religious union dedicated to the crusade the pope proclaimed against the Greater German Republic and ready to wage it both parallel to both Entente and Central Powers... or, preferably, together with them.
It is ideologically and politically built in its entirety on the zealous accusation of pope Benedict XV that insists that Axis states are a puppets of demons that plot the demise of the world. While normally it would meet with mockery (and it initially was) the increased madness of Axis leadership (plus talks of miracles and the fact that Holy League militarized faith does give it some credence.
Structure
Lack of central organizations. It is a pure military and political alliance targeted at facing the Axis, that is concentrated on states following the Roman Catholic Church that can be considered a true spine of this alliance.

Italian Federation - A federation of autonomous provinces and little monarchies (or even free cities) on Italian Peninsula, under primate of the pope Benedict XV. It is unknown what plans he has for the country after the Great War, for now it is dedicated to annihilation of Axis. Kingdom of Spain - Country reunited by conservative catholic carlists after a brief civil war - with italian help. Now a part of the Holy League that undergoes rapid expansion of industry due to needs of the Holy War. UNOFFICIAL MEMBERS
Kingdom of Poland - It would be hard to have a devout catholic leader deny the pope... especially when he offers help in winning the war. Poland is officially a member of Central Powers, however, and joining the HL would mean its war against Entente. Because of that, cooperation is unofficial.
