Giant's Piss does not expire it only becomes more alcoholic as it ages. Eventually however it could become so alcoholic it turns into an alcoholic poison of somekind.
History & Usage
History
Giant's Piss was a very common drink for the slaves of giant's, as well as the giants themselves, who were responsibe for it's creation and maintaining through the generations of their famlies due to the long fermination period. After the giant kingdoms fell apart during the Calamity War the drink became a commodity for soldiers and mercenaries who enjoyed the "realness" of the earthy drink. This use of it earned the drink the disrespect of wealthy and nobility; their refined tastes simply disagreeing with the texture, taste, and alcohol content of the drink. Most commoners only drink Giant's piss a rare spirit to celebrate martial achievements, like a relative being knighted or an authicarian of Dagaal hosting a tournament. People tend to view those who drink Giant's Piss regularly as very strange or drunkards, due to it's awful taste and insane alcohol content. Outside of the Nomidian culture the drink is considered complete garbage and you can often tell if someone is from Nomidia just by asking their opinion on the drink.
Discovery
Giant's Piss was originally discovered by Hill Giants in the northern reigion of Nomidia.
Everyday use
As a regular drink for warriors and adventurers, or a drink of special martial occasions for common folk.
Cultural Significance and Usage
Due to it's use by soldiers warriors devoted to Dagaal often carry containers of the drink into battle, but not to drink for themselves. They instead take sips from the containers of fallen comrades, as a way of paying respect to their sacrafice in combat. The more crass knight's in Bilow attempt to drink 8 cups of Giant's Piss when they become knighted, but most never make it past 2. Mercenary companies will often burn all their giants piss if they suffer a defeat or failure.
Refinement
After the 100+ years of fermintation the Giant's Piss liquid needs to be cleared of all black-moss which is very deadly if consumed alongside alcohol.
Hazards
An insane alcohol content that can easily kill the unprepared.

Trade & Market
Taverns are the most common sellers of Giant's Piss with most of them having personal supplies that their previous oweners have maintained for hundreds of years. Some merchants start off by buying giants piss from taverns and selling it to taverns who don't have supplies.
Storage
Giant's Piss is stored in barrels and must be kept cool, otherwise it is liable to burst into flames.
