Lord of Golden Chains Kastigar Vyshaan (a.k.a. Castygy)
Kastigar, most commonly known (if known at all) as Castygy, is a secretive mastermind plotter and force of misery on the plane of Iskudar. He is speculated to be an ancient Sun Elf from the Rysar'Decidaie, the Elven Decline or Elvish Dark Ages as it is known in some parts of Iskudar. Nomidians lump this time into the middle of the Third Age. Kastigar is an elf of immense wealth and influence who commands thousands of years of knowledge and experience. His resources stretch across all the continents of Iskudar, his connections run deep into even the most moral and righteous of nations. Time and time again would-be heroes have risen to the challenge of dethroning The Lord of Golden Chains, many have gotten close, but none have succeeded, and if the rumors are to be true, if Kastigar succeeds on his most recent project his reign of Golden Chains may never end.
