The Eel

The tavern is a concrete and sprawling single storey building, with a heather-thatched roof and tile flooring. A small dragon's skull hangs over the hearth. It contains an old-looking telescope and a large stew pot over a fire. The basement connects to the sewers and is used for smuggling.
