Tsukirai is a nation in the northwest of Xin-Jiyu. Like many others around it, it was formerly one piece of the greater Empire of Meihua prior to Meihua's fall. It has since evolved to be a hub of traditional rituals and crafts known through the land for their grace and beauty, and retains a close hold on its ancient tongue unlike many other areas of the world.
