Tugenlum

Once a simple military outpost to guard against raiders and pirates, Tugenlum is a large town built on the cliffside bordering the Glaywen Sea, which thrashes hard against the stone. The fort, built into the cliff itself, is the seat of the council, The Champion Conclave, that controls the town, by the directive of the local lord, Lord Zauriak Rainsmasher Yllathana.
Being a settlement that's grown from a fortification, it is heavily focused on battle prowess, proven primarily by the Champion Conclave being made up of very competent fighters, and the large number of worshippers following Morrigan. There are fighting pits found on nearly every street, there are training halls of a great number, and an arena where tournaments to test ones mettle against the greatest warriors around and to show ones dedication to Morrigan.
Every child goes through training to become competent in battle, though not all goes on to continue their studies beyond the basic training required. Though it's not as much a stronghold as it once was, the Tugenlums still are competent in defending against pirates and raiders.
