Interesting Folks in the Singing Mandrake

Plot points/Scenes

The Singing Mandrake is a well-renowned and busy tavern in Eaweoston. Home to all sorts of interesting Folks. Among those folks are, Robert Rackfield (Honest Bob), Agent Molodrok, and Malachi Ignis, this is what they have to say.   Agent Molodrok or simply Mr. Moloko Mr. Moloko is the current (false) proprietor of the Singing Mandrake, he is willing to sell drinks and rooms to the party, the rooms cost 5 pence per night. He will find and speak to Sam Davidson if he uses his false name with him. From there he will take him to meet the Empress and discuss what they will do.  Agent Moloko will offer quests to the party to destabilize criminal groups in the Dregs and defeat undead in the underground, and if they build up enough trust he will find a way to smuggle Urias out of Eaweoston, the party must convince Urias to leave. For each quest completed, he can smuggle out one magic item.   Robert Rackfield or "Honest Bob"  Bob is a fence and thief, however, he does not align himself with the Thieves Guild as their influence is lesser within the city, he has a connection to the magic item auctions if they can build trust.  He will offer quests to fight against the corporations within the city, firstly the Arms dealers, the Dred Mill, and finally the Gaolors in the Police Station to free his friends. He will offer them an ability to hide (free disguise potions although Crown Legionnaires can see through it.)   Malachi Ignis  Ignis is a Lord of Avernous, he is interested in the eerie darkness that prevails throughout the city of Eaweoston, he finds the desperation deeply enjoyable and wishes to add the city to his kingdom in hell. This will save Eaweoston from the War of Skulls but place it in the middle of Avernous, he will keep the citizenry alive and free, he only wishes to watch. He will offer dark quests of an evil nature, drawing runes in the underneath, middle, and palace districts. He will kill three people of his choosing if they follow through, first an elderly man, then an adult, and finally a child. He will not tell them. He will also offer and indulge in any deal he finds interesting, primarily he will offer to exchange identities. If they accept he will grant them the ability to disguise self at will however each time they do the duration will double. It cannot be canceled or dispelled. Ignis will use the parties faces to commit the murders.
