Kingstone

A large navy dockyard under the control of the Eltree, this is where all military actions within the Black Gulf are coordinated, ship repair, fleet management, constructions, and arming are all managed here under the Golden flag of the Eltree. They manage a large war fleet which could arguably wipe some of the smaller pirate towns off of the map, for some unknown reason the have chosen not to do so.
