The Cobalt Cove

The Cobalt is an innate magical island a powerful psionic presence is felt by all those sensitive to psionic magic and even those with rudimentary experience sensing arcane magic. The force is so powerful it can deter the thought of would-be explorers from entering the Island without its consent either driving the sailors against the rocks or simply removing their ability to sense the location of the island resulting in the sailing for days without spotting it. The Island is covered in glowing purple crystals which upon further examination seem to be some kind of relays for this psionic energy. Similarly colored spiders of sizes ranging from small communal spiders to horrific 12ft tall spiders roam the island and seem to manipulate the crystals occasionally breaking them and carrying the fragments to new locations all the while protecting the crystals already in place. Within the Cobalt, Cove lies the hidden base of the Rebellion shrouded by this Psionic magic they cannot be scryed on and other divination magic fails to penetrate. The interior of the cave is large and expansive with new areas being discovered and carved from the rock. All the while fortifications and wartime material are brought in and the rebels work to plan their schemes. The Cobalt Cove Hideout is always abuzz with rumors of Imperial movements and positions.
