Velostorm was a district of the Vida Colony, named for the Velostorm family who recolonized it once the power was restored after the invention of Cryolidhium Crystal Power.
Known more for its odd inhabitants and wild parties, the Velostrom district was an active area full of character. It was also known to be ground zero for the Vida Disaster, and was completely incinerated.
