The Prophecy of the Unerring Path
Summary
The Prophecy of the Unerring Path is the story of Atar, one of the Ancient Gods. As the story goes, at the beginning of time, Atar was gifted the "Perfect Knowledge" of how Jeharr's story and existence were meant to play out. What exactly granted the first of the Ancients the Perfect Knowledge is a matter of debate, but it is commonly held that a manifestation of time itself played out all of its near infinite number of possibilities during its infancy and Atar became aware of the single correct path, the Unerring Path.
Atar's interaction with his followers is limited, even for an Ancient God. Even Atar's saints, Saint Osmund and Saint Vivian supposedly enjoy very little direct contact with the God of Fate. His followers spend there time attempting to determine what tasks, no matter how random or mundane, must be completed or prevented in order to keep the world from straying too far off of the Unerring Path.

The Prophecy of the Unerring Path is the very reason for existence for the followers of Atar, who believe that all of mortal kind hold the power to keep the world on the right path. As a result, followers of Atar constantly shout and spread the prophecy to any who will listen. This has led to Atar's worship being spread to the majority of Jeharr, despite his relatively cryptic and limited interaction with his followers. To the followers of Atar, every person, every action, every breath can either be detrimental to all of existence, or essential to saving it.
