Bacot
Bacot appears to be primarily human in population and at odds with the elves of the Wilds because of their use of the lands for agriculture.
A young couple fled the city and came across CoCK at night, they were being pursued by the young ladies father and a posse of brothers and men of the town. CoCK later found out the couple was never never by the men, it appears they escaped the clutches of the small town.
