Great Hessetod Desert
The Great Hessetod Desert lies south as a subcontinent of Vandahl. It is the southern borders of the Helleflam Empire, Tan Morthwyl Kingdom, and "The Wilds". It is the land of the Maakanoar Empire.
The boundaries are considered to begin at mouth of the Lebenwasswer River delta along the Guni'Yasami Sea "The Shining Southern Sea" to the east, and the Lost Ocean on the west. Some the northern territory of the desert is claimed by nations, while little is known of what lies beneath its southern boundary.

Geography
The Great Hessetod Desert is a rocky desert on side of the Guni'Yasami Sea starting in the Edelian Providence of the Helleflam Empire. It was not formed by natural means, instead being the result of an epic magical war early in the history of the continent. The middle of the desert is sprawling sand dunes hiding untold history and riches.
The desert is primarily a level and rocky salt and sandstone flat at the exteriors, while the middle is the sand dunes with two separate jet streams of wind swirling in from the north and the coast winds from each of its watery boundaries cause of frequent sandstorms and whirlwinds. Also the untold magical effects on the lands from the wars and The Fracturing cause earthquakes or the creation of magical environmental conditions.
