Council of Seekers

A highly secretive group of mages, the Seekers control much of the training and usage of magic within the borders of the Empire.

Structure

Controlled by a grand council in the Imperial Capital the Seekers operate a small handful of outposts, referred to as Circles, throughout the Huldor Empire. 
The two largest of the circles are the Circle of Devlin and the Circle of Kel-Denan

Public Agenda

As integral to the structure of the modern Empire, as the Huldor line itself, the Seekers have justified the continued expansion of their authority by taking credit for at least part of Huldor's greatness. The Seekers claim to be dedicated to the furthering of Arcane knowledge and the use of that knowledge in the service of Huldorian ambition. 
The Seekers are most known within the Imperial borders for The Seeking. A once every 7 year process that locates any new magic users and trains them in the extent and application of their abilities.
