Gaewahat

Gaewahat is an old and great city, whose name means something like "Cow plain," derived from the name of Gaew, a bovine domestic animal, and the local word for plain.
In its earliest inception, the city was inhabited by tribes in the region as a seasonal location to pasture their herds. By the time of the rise of the Aeshryans the plain started its permanent inhabitation. Over the centuries the location would grow into a true city, and would be the center of many great Aeshryan empires.
