Glerigh's Enhostagement

Glerigh Jason, following attempts at centralization, is taken hostage by his council on behest of regional factions.

The Conflict

Prelude

Glerigh Jason, following the end of The Northern War, began attempts at centralizing the kingdom. There was some backlash from the duchies, who then colluded to take the king hostage.
After the king was detained, word got out to Pult Denk, who then informed Sezzlic Denk. Sezzlic Denk and Xogeq Nape collaborated with Pult Denk to rescue the king.

Deployment

Sezzlic retrieved from Kuzaklem his companions and the soldiers that they had brought with them for their conquest of the kingdom. With Xogeq's support, they landed in Etha and moved towards the capital. As that was happening, Pult's forces in Denk acted as a counter-balance- preventing any of the other northern duchies from assisting lest they let their domains be raided.

The Engagement

At Pruvone, Sezzlic's forces proved triumphant over the ducal ones. With this battle, the capital lay undefended. Xogeq assured a safe crossing and the army landed on Tyro. With little means of resistance, the offenders within the royal palace opened the gates.
