Sapience

The term "sapience" is used in relation to the intelligent races of the galaxy. It refers specifically to those species which have developed cognitively to the point of having emanated in the World of Souls. It is not a measure purely of intelligence or cognitive power, as ai's do not receive the classification.
All spacefaring species are considered Sapient, including Humans, Kahz, and Turunz. It seems to be by this metric that the Ethereal Horde targets its victims.
