Council of Advisors
The council is a group of advisors that draft laws, and make major decisions for the trirulers to vote on.
Culture
- Advisors typically are very vocal about their beliefs and will devovle into intense arguments between one another on laws and decisions that the trirulers should agree on.
Public Agenda
- To assist the trirulers with creating laws and making decisions.
