Notitia Syndicate Headquarters
The Headquarters of the Notitia Syndicate, founded by Alnortan Ciphosis as the first Notitia Syndicate library which was then also converted into the headquarters for the Notitia Syndicate.
Purpose / Function
- To store knowledge obtained for the Notitia Syndicate.
- For members of the Notitia Syndicate to meet in order to discuss important decisions.
History
- Originally established as a normal library.
- The original owners were killed the Church of the Eye for spreading false knowledge.
- The library was abandoned until Alnortan Ciphosis took ownership, restored it and converted it into a Notitia Syndicate library.
- After the Notitia Syndicate established more libraries and gained more members the original library in Halouse was designated as the HQ for the faction.
