Beggars' Palaces

The two largest ziggurats in the Old City. Shops and tenements of bamboo are jammed into the terraces of the ziggurats in wild profusion. The upper levels are cleaner and less crowded than those near the street, and are connected by a narrow wooden bridge between the two.
