Calibanite Blooded Magi
Blooded Magisters form the ruling body of Caliban. They are Citizens that have passed the tests required of entry into one of the Okuuls, and are eligible for election into the Magesterium.
Blooded Magi are the nobles, political leaders, scholars, and generals of Caliban. Children of Blooded Magi are groomed for power and given the best education and training. Blooded Magi have 7 votes in the electoral process.
Traits
Ability score increase: Charisma increases by 1 Skills (Blooded Education): You have proficiency with Arcana and History Magisters Training: You may choose 2 cantrips and a 1st level spell from the Wizards spell list. You may cast the 1st level spell once per long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability. At 3rd level you may choose a second 1st level spell from the wizards spell list. At 5th level you may cast both 1st level slots twice per long rest.
