Octant of Bryx
Bryx is the northernmost octant of Yorgen.
A popular streetfood originating from Bryx was a Fold. The fold was a round, doughy flat bread baked with a thin layer of vegetable sauce, then layered with thin slices of a soft yellow cheese which was then baked in a small round ove, before being folded before serving. The Fold developed a great deal of popularity all over Yorgen, with numerous varities and offshoots.
