Hailing from Quarrel, a small monarchy in the centeral-eastern portion of Thrask. Once the heart of a mighty empire that encompassed most of eastern Thrask, it is now a failing state.
Quarrel is renowned for its craftsman, especially their clockwork and magical engineers.
Quarrels demographics tend towards Gnomes, Humans dominating most of the population.
