The Arastir
The Arastir were a Inquisitorial arm of the Caliban's Magesterium with significant power. They performed several duties, primarially that of hunting criminals, finding forgers, and rooting out magic users who broke the magesteriums strictures.
The relationship between the Arastir and the Ghassa Okuul was often called into question by other Okuuls, but seperating the two seemed nigh impossible for many practical and political reasons.
The Arastir was also heavily associated with Macto, and his sons, Resnic, Gavilar, and Quath, though many considered their relationship with Quath to be questionable, at best.
