The Hollow Keep

A tall spindly tower, that noticabley has no floors or stairs. The ancient magi Mesthelien is said to reside at the top. The tower is located in Hollowhome, at the northenmost poin of the city, flush with the massive waterfall Bella's Tears. Its base is below the surface of the lake that is formed there.
