Ritual based in Gestures

With one hand the caster makes a gesture that represents the ability or skill, and then makes a fist. Meanwhile, the other hand points at the target (or touch them). All the time, the caster looks at the target.
Source: Magical energy from the caster. Highly affected by determination.

Effect

The target lost a skill or (with more effort) an ability.
It's possible to use this ritual with other forms of magic destined to identify abilities or skills.

Restrictions

The caster needs to be able to magically overpower the target. While the obvious way to do that is to have greater magic energy or better control over it, there are other options. it may be achieved with distractions, by debilitating them with other kind of attack, or when the target doesn't fight back.

Regulations

It's illegal to use it without the targets consent or and oder from the Keeper or one of their Judges.

Any harm caused by silencing someone's skill is considered assault and will be prosecuted as such.
