"Cutter"

The dark and gloomy master of Feng-Nao's smithy; "Sharp Edges". Cutter's gender and race are unknown. They wear a plague doctors mask at all times and have disturbingly long, oily hair. Cutter likes to make odd, macabre comments about cutting things and blood seeping from wounds. Enigmatic though they may be, Cutter is a master smith and specializes in imbuing weapons and armor with Yokai properties.
