Sayuri the Pestilence

As cunning as she is beautiful, Sayuri is sly and intelligent, making her all the more dangerous a foe. A master of manipulation, Sayuri excels at destroying enemies from within (literally and figuratively). The pestilence she spreads across the land is vile, causing painful deformations and hideous bodily transformations. Her weapon is a katana that extends the range of her plague.   Sayuri is the mastermind of the Yonkishi, her cunning mind is at the center of their goal to dominate the humanoids. She will use any one around her, even her fellow Yonkishi to further her goals. She is aware of Agito's feelings for her and uses them to her advantage (though she may reciprocate more than she lets on).   Sayuri holds the most contempt for humans among the Yonkishi. In fact, she was the one who reached out to the other Yonkishi and instigated the First Great Yokai War. She views the humanoids who've spread across Koryo as a blight that are corrupting the land and undermining her very existence. Like the Jigoku Tayu and Yaya, Sayuri once admired humans. However, after seeing their greed and destructive tendencies, she grew to hate them.

Inscrutable

Sayuri is immune to any effect that would sense her emotions or read her thoughts, as well as any divination spell that she refuses. Wisdom (Insight) checks made to ascertain Sayuri's intentions or sincerity have disadvantage.  

Contamination Aura

Sayuri radiates disease and miasma 30 feet in every direction. Plants that aren't creatures wither in the aura, and the ground in it is difficult terrain for other creatures. Any creature that starts its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 14 (3d6) poison damage.  

Suffocating Plague

Using her bonus action, Sayuri can change the focus of her Contamination. Instead of dealing poison damage the effect instead Blinds and Deafens a creature that fails the save.  

Magic Resistance

Sayuri has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Multiattack

Sayuri makes any combination of 3 Miasma or Poison Bolt Attacks  

Poison Bolt

Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 100 ft, one target. Hit: (4d12) poison damage and the target is poisoned until the end of their next turn.  

Miasma Bolt

Range 30 ft. +13 to hit. Until the end of their next turn, whenever a target struck by the Miasma Bolt makes an attack roll or a CON saving throw before the spell ends, the target must roll a d6 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw.  

I am Pestilence, Come to Claim Your World (Recharge 5-6)

Range 120 ft. A thin green ray springs from her pointing finger to a target that she can see within range. The target can be a creature, an object, or a creation of magical force, such as the wall created by Wall of Force. A creature targeted by this ray must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 10d6+20 poison damage. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, it ruptures and explodes and everything it is wearing and carrying, except magic items, are reduced to a pile of fine gray dust. The creature can be restored to life only by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell.  

Ekirei no Tsurugi- Blade of Pestilence (Recharge 6)

Sayuri targets up to three creatures she can see within 120 feet of herself. Each target must make a DC 23 Constitution saving throw or suffer 8d8 poison damage halved on a save. On a failed save, the target is poisoned, which causes it to also gain 1 level of exhaustion. While poisoned in this way, the target must repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns. Three successful saves against the poison end it, and ending the poison removes any levels of exhaustion caused by it. Each failed save causes the target to suffer another level of exhaustion. Once the target reaches 6 levels of exhaustion, it dies. Whenever a target fails a saving throw against this ability, roll a percentile dice on Sayuri's Flesh Warping table.

When Sayuri would be struck by an attack, she teleports along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.

Poison/Miasma Bolt

Sayuri makes a Poison or Miasma Bolt attack against a creature in range.  

I am Eternal and My Task Unwavering (2A)

Sayuri touches one creature within 5 feet of herself. The target regains all its hit points. In addition, Sayuri can end one disease on the target or remove one of the following conditions from it: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned. The target then gains 1 level of exhaustion, and its hit point maximum is reduced by (5d6). This reduction can be removed only by a wish spell or by casting greater restoration on the target three times within the same hour. The target dies if its hit point maximum is reduced to 0.
