Theresa Mellaniphe
Theresa is a beekeeper and healer who hails from the North. Her own home and surrounding country were destroyed by in a storm sent by Poseidon. So Theresa and the remnants of her hive came south into the new land of Kadmeia, seeking a new home and a means of sustenance.
On her wanderings, she met a satyr named Pyro, who, intrigued by her, took her to the estate of Spyridon his master. Here, Theresa was sent to the blind old healer Aspasia, and managed to convince the old woman to take her on as an assistant. Aspasia taught Theresa about the plants and animals native to the surrounding area. But Theresa would also be sent to the harbor town of Ormos by her new master Spyridon to trade the produce of his estate for herbs and medicines. She was also to keep an eye on Pyro.
On one of her trips, she became separated from Pyro, and ran into a troupe of revelers in the marketplace. It is here that our story begins...
Theresa's true age is unknown, but she appears to be an attractive young woman with tanned skin and streaks of gold and black in her hair. She is good with her hands, especially when working pliable substances like wax or clay.
