Owner of Barthen's Provisions - the biggest trading post in Malginess. Elmar is a lean and balding tieflling male shopkeeper of fifty years with a kindly manner. Elmar Barthen is a 24 year-old male tiefling who owns a trading post and wears formal, clean clothes. He is studious, learned, and inquisitive, but at times can be oblivious or absentminded.
