Chieftess of the Sootava tribe
Kathuna is a young Kairothian woman who leads a tribe of Kairothians who live by the slops of Mt. Sootava.
Her father the previous Chief died only recently, and she has taken up the responsibility of leading her tribe as best as she can despite her inexperience. She is still plagued by grief and anxiety.
Kathuna's anxiety reached a tipping point during a disaster where a new lava flow swept through the village of the Sootava tribe, destroying infrastructure, separating people from each other, and cutting off their food supply. They take refuge in a series of makeshift tents. Kathuna wears a stoic expression on her face, but her emotions are intense.
