Grand Master

The Grand Master is the leader of the Conservatoire. They are elected from the ranks of the Esteemed Masters. It is a permanent position, so once awarded they hold it until they choose to retire, or they pass away. Frequently the holder is also a member of the Phoenix Order, though not always.

The role is responsible for the direction and management of training and placement of Conservatoire members. They oversee the placements across Kaitstud and guide teaching of students. They also attend the Clan Congresses as an advisor.
