Bento definitely has a heavy hand and doesn’t seem to enforce any kind of cutoff for serving the cadets. However, they keep a close eye on everyone and everything and will not stand for any violence or harassment. A small handful of cadets have been expelled under their watch, and those lucky enough to receive only a warning rarely dare to repeat the mistake.
