Alsalian

While "Alsalian" is the name officially given to the High Elves on their diplomatic mission to Kaldra Minor, most just refer to them as "The Emissaries". However, under the consent of the Imperial Dominion of Spayle, these Elves of Kaldra Prime have established a settlement and their culture on the Dunlan Isles, calling it "Tear or Aloran", a reference to Draianii Aloran, the leader of the diplomatic mission.
This colony is comprised of Elves, or those from whom the Stelian Elves associate. The city is continuously under construction, but what is built is of the highest quality - unlike what Kaldra Minor has seen since before the Fracture.
