Dunlan Isles

Originally controlled by the Barbaro family of the Acenyth Republic, the dual isles of Dunlan are home to clusters of woods amongst large mesas where prized game hunt and be hunted. For years, these untamed wilds were areas young princes would prove their prowess in the hunts and their ability to lead men. Although these islands were usually incredibly hostile and not suitable for colonies, many expeditions into these lands returned with relics from eras long passed.   After Myst Day when the Emissaries came, the High Elven or "Stelian" diplomats made an agreement with the Imperial Dominion of Spayle wherein they would take to the Dunlan Isles and create a lasting colony there in order for their people to live closely with their new allies, those of Spayle. Once this contract was signed, however, all "hunting parties" to the isles stopped, as they were now technically under the protection of the Alsalian.   Dunlan is two distinct isles, but there is only activity on the one which is home to the Elven Colony.
