Dregs

The poorest quarter in Elnemora, the Dregs cannot even afford gondolas and must resort to a criss-cross network of bridges to navigate their hovels. Overshadowed by Castle Katarn, most who live in the Dregs are born there and die there, never leaving. Widely viewed as a dumping ground for the unwanted, the criminal, and the unwashed, this place is as bereft of beauty and light as the Noble Quarter is resplendent with the same.
Although the knowledge is hidden, the Dregs also has a plethora of entrances to the underground caverns beneath Katamarin.
