Schola Custodi
The Schola Custodi are the guards of the Schola Magus. Extremely gifted warriors and mages both, the Schola Magus wear specialized armor and use specialized weapons that make them especially efficient at fighting other mages.
The training for the Custodi is especially tough, taking many years of study and conditioning of both the physical and mental variety.
While they are generally respected, some mages fear the Schola Custodi, as crossing the Schola Magus and its rules could quickly lead to a visit from the Custodi. And the Custodi are very good at what they do.
