Those lights, from the forest...what are they?

Originally reported during the Year of the Dragon, there had been tales of strange lights and sounds emerging from the isolationist Torva'Ne.   Such reports died down for several years, until residents in the former Nation of Ghosts reported a sudden surge in the lights and sounds in 769. The lights and sounds continue to this day, with no real understanding of what's happening.   Baralas Oakenhollow has not said anything publicly to what is happening in his borders, though it is thought that Tutiro Cam may have an idea due to the strange ally-like relationship Atresa and the Torva'Ne have.
