At a young age, Gaslow's clan was mercilessly slaughtered by outlandish invaders. These men took the lives of his family in front of him, and the leader, named Erak, tried to force young Gaslow to kill his own brother. Outraged, the young boy quickly picked up a sword from a nearby dead clansman and swung at the leader, he managed to slash him in the arm. Seeing this rage and spirit emanating from him, Erak decided to take young Gaslow in, as a slave. For the next 11 years he was brutally worked into a slave warrior and he became mentally broken.
One night he saw his chance and risked it all to escape the clutches of these barbaric heathens. He met a familiar face in battle, it was that of Thak of Kandvier, a bounty hunter in an allied clan. The two recognized each other and pulled away from battle, they came to a quick agreement and Gaslow switched sides mid battle to stick by his allied clan. He wouldn't let happen to these people what had happened to his old clan, he would stand by them.
The clan managed to drive the invading outlanders back, but Erak escaped. After the battle was done, Thak took Gaslow under his wing and taught him all he knew about the bounty hunter trade. Not once did Gaslow ever turn his head from the thought of revenge. So using his newfound skills he set out to track down Jarl Erak, and exact his vengeance.

The wild barbarian that came from the far north, where it is said the end of the world lay. Gaslow is a short-tempered angry barbarian who enjoys nothing more than drinking his thoughts away after a good battle.
