Minister of Arcana

The longstanding government of Etude rarely sees much change and when it does make change, like creating a new government leadership position, they don't always realize how it could effect the various 'moving-parts' that operate independently yet are reliant on other elements of the infrastructure.

Qualifications

Although it's not required, it's expected that the anyone holding this position has significant knowledge of theoretical arcana and advanced understanding of possible wider implications or repercussions.
