Tactics

Vlach prefers to engage in one-on-one combat when he thinks he can win. Though he's not a coward, his team has learned how to function without him should withdraw from the fray to gain 'a tactical advantage'.
Vera will keep close to Vlach if he's gone and rushed into something without thinking. She's like a moving piece of the landscape during battle and does her best to interfere with the movement of her enemies. She is the best tactician in the team and Vlach frequently defers to her when making plans for a fight, although in actual combat he does NOT take orders and Vera usually has a backup plan ready if he goes off plan.
Dasa is deadly close range with her needle-point daggers. Delivered with unheardof levels of precision she can throw them into the soft, vulnerable anatomy of her enemies and usually tries to remain safely behind Vera's shield arm.
Matous has several spells that make an area difficult or dangerous to cross. He tries to use those spells early in a battle to allow his allies a few shots from a distance before the enemies close in or sometimes to make it more difficult for enemies to flee.
