Blackwharf
Once a district of kobolds as well as dwarves, the Ancestral took advantage of the dissolving government during the Black Fever to seize control of the district for themselves, exiling all non-dolmorin citizens. The district is dominated by the dwarven trade guilds as well as 8 major families. The district is well guarded by the soldiers of the Faceless Legion and the artillery of the Siege Guild, making any attempts at retaking the district by force a very dangerous notion. While the dolmorin does allow outsiders access to Blackwharf, they do not allow anyone to settle permanently and foreigners lingering too long soon find themselves harassed.

Defences
Blackwharf is protected by both the Faceless Legion and the Siege Guild, with potent weapons platforms stationed around the city. From here, the explosive ordinance can be launched at any enemy within minutes.
Industry & Trade
Blackwharf is heavily industrialized, mainly due to the heavy influx of clockwork technology from the archaeological innovations from the underground. Between the Engineering Guild, the Excavation Guild and the Foundry Guild, Blackwharf is kept in permanent shadow beneath thick, black clouds of smog.
