Dagger Syndicate

The Dagger Syndicate is one of the smallest of the criminal organizations running things in the Copper Alleys, but that does not make them less formidable. They are a highly secretive and insolar group, keeping their territories under control using assassination and fear. Their main profits are from extortion, robbery, kidnapping and a smattering of illegal goods selling in the other districts. Of all the copper alley criminals, the Dagger Syndicate is the one most active outside of the district, keeping a more fluid organizational structure than their competitors. The organization keeps no formal headquarters, have no schedules or recruitment campaigns. Any prospective member is vetted thoroughly before being committed to a grueling training program before they are ever invited inside the actual Syndicate.
Their leader, Skuldi, often personally takes part in the group’s activities and is known for having a particularly vicious streak, preferring to let her victims bleed out slowly rather than giving them swift, merciful deaths.
